Teaching Philosophy

Throughout his teaching career, Mike has developed a coaching philosophy to help his students improve and succeed. For each student, he creates a unique learning program tailored to that student’s needs and goals. He provides each student with specific practice plans and drills tailored to the student’s golf game. Mike has a strong technical knowledge of the golf swing and believes that by offering his students a detailed yet straightforward swing analysis, his students can best learn and make progress. A core tenet of his philosophy is that golfers learn while playing, so he actively engages with students on the course, as well as in off-course lessons.
